Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page after logging in. It provides a real-time overview of how your shared documents are performing.

Overview

The dashboard displays aggregated statistics for your account, including:

• Total Views — The cumulative number of times your documents have been viewed.
• Unique Viewers — The number of distinct viewers who accessed your documents.
• Active Links — The number of share links currently active.
• Documents — Total documents in your account.

Filtering Views

The dashboard supports multiple filtering options to drill down into specific activity:

By Document

View analytics for a single document. Select a document to see its view count, unique viewers, and session history.

By Workspace

Filter analytics to show only activity from a specific workspace. You can further narrow results by tabs: Links or Documents.

By Share Link

Inspect traffic for an individual share link, including views, unique viewers, and access timeline.

By Workspace Link

View analytics for share links created at the workspace level.

By User Sessions

Filter by a specific viewer's email to see all their sessions and interactions across your documents.

By Date Range

Select a custom start and end date to view activity within a specific time period.

Session Details

Click on an individual session to view its details:

• Viewer information — Email, name, or IP address (depending on the link's access requirements).
• Timestamp — When the session occurred.
• Pages viewed — Which pages were accessed and for how long.
• Device info — Browser and device information.
