PrivyDocs is a secure document sharing platform that lets you upload PDF documents, control exactly who can view them, and track every interaction in real time. Whether you're sharing confidential contracts, investor decks, or internal reports, PrivyDocs gives you full control over your content.
Core Concepts
Documents
Documents are the foundation of PrivyDocs. Upload your PDF files, organize them into folders, and create share links to distribute them securely. Each document can have multiple share links, each with its own access controls and tracking.
Share Links
Share links are the way you distribute your documents. Each link can be configured independently with password protection, email or WhatsApp verification, download permissions, expiration dates, view limits, and watermarks.
Workspaces
Workspaces let you group multiple documents into a single collection. Instead of sharing documents one by one, create a workspace, add your documents, and share the entire collection with a single link.
Contacts
Every viewer who accesses your documents through a verified gate (email or WhatsApp) is automatically saved as a contact. Track who has viewed your content and how they've interacted with it.
Analytics
PrivyDocs tracks every document view, giving you detailed insights into who is viewing your content, when, and for how long. Filter analytics by document, workspace, share link, or individual session.
Quick Start
- Upload a document — Go to Documents and click Upload. Select a PDF file to upload.
- Create a share link — Open your document and click New Link. Configure access controls as needed.
- Share the link — Copy the generated URL and send it to your recipients.
- Track views — Check your Dashboard or Analytics to see who viewed your document.
