Workspaces

Group multiple documents into collections and share them together.

Workspaces

Workspaces let you organize multiple documents into a single collection and share the entire group with one link. This is ideal for sharing document sets like investor packets, onboarding materials, or project portfolios.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a named collection of documents. Unlike folders (which are for personal organization), workspaces are designed for sharing. When you create a share link for a workspace, recipients get access to all documents in that workspace through a single viewer interface.

Creating a Workspace

  1. Navigate to Workspaces from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Workspace.
  3. Enter a name and optional description.
  4. Click Create.

Your new workspace will appear in the workspace grid.

Workspace Grid

The main workspaces page displays all your workspaces as cards. Each card shows:

  • Workspace name and description
  • Document count — Number of documents in the workspace
  • Share link count — Number of active share links
  • Creation date — When the workspace was created
  • Actions menu — View details or delete the workspace

Workspace Detail Page

Click on a workspace card to open its detail page. Here you can:

Manage Documents

  • View documents — See all documents currently in the workspace.
  • Add documents — Add existing documents from your library to the workspace. Documents can belong to multiple workspaces.
  • Remove documents — Remove a document from the workspace without deleting it from your library.

Workspace share links work the same as document share links, with all the same configuration options:

  • Access protection (password, email/WhatsApp verification)
  • Permissions (download, notifications)
  • Limits (expiration, max views, max users)
  • Watermarks (text, placeholders, position, opacity)

Workspace Settings

  • Name — Rename the workspace.
  • Description — Update the workspace description.
  • Delete — Permanently remove the workspace. This does not delete the documents themselves — they remain in your document library.

Workspace Analytics

View workspace-specific analytics from the Dashboard by selecting the workspace filter. This shows:

  • Combined views across all documents in the workspace
  • Activity broken down by individual documents or share links
  • Session history for workspace viewers
